The goals of student empowerment, development of leadership skills and community feeling are achieved through the Students Council.

The Students' Council is made up of the, Head Boy, Head Girl, Arts Secretary, Sports Secretary and their assistants. The prefects of the school are selected by the faculty and the House staff. The Prefects' Council is advised and guided by a committee of Prefect Advisors. The members of the Students' Council work together as a team to uphold the rules and regulations of the school and help to maintain discipline. Through their work as prefects they learn the valuable lesson that with authority comes responsibilities and its associated challenges. The Students Council is the first step towards our goal of creating conscientious and responsible global citizens.

The aim of the Students' Council is to address the needs and concerns of the entire student body. The members develop confidence, self discipline, self control, social awareness and leadership skills while taking care of their responsibilities toward their peer group. This is the first step towards understanding their responsibilities towards their community, environment and the nation.
